By becoming member of the association you are kindly invited to join our yearly Symposium that usually takes place in late summer early autumn.
Joining the online Seminar series
All association members are invited to join the association online meeting series that is taking place in a bi-weekly manner. Here we are sharing most recent research outcomes and ideas. The meetings are confident.​

All members must acknowledge the urgency to act in face of the climate catastrophe. While technology alone cannot save us alone, all members should promote enthusiasm for synthetic biology as a key tool for addressing global challenges.

All members are expected to share resources, publications, and knowledge to support others in the association on their endeavors to master Synthetic Biology and Metabolism.

All members must ensure that discussions remain respectful and supportive.
Open and Ethical Collaboration

All members must ensure a safe and supportive environment for all, where everyone can seek and offer help. Everyone is encouraged to share ideas openly to receive input from the association hivemind.

All members must respect confidentiality when handling sensitive data shared in meetings or presentations and should refrain from stealing or misusing others' ideas. Don’t steal, collaborate! If potential conflicts are identified, speak up about them.

All members must follow best practices when sharing unpublished data, materials, and resources and credit work by others accordingly. Refer to the updated checklist for details.
Active Participation

All members are granted access to join Pathdays© and the online seminar series. In the meetings, all members are encouraged to attend actively and regularly. Everyone who attends the association meetings regularly, should also present.

All members should contribute to a vibrant and engaged community. Participation and organization of the yearly association Symposium is strongly encouraged.
